Deputy Officer In Charge (Brigade DOIC) Position Description: The Brigade Deputy Officer In Charge is the second in command of the Brigade. The Job of the Brigade Deputy Officer In Charge is to maintain the Brigade's operational status, keep on top of all Brigade Staff & Battalion Commander's activities, relay information that has been passed down the chain of command & take command of the Brigade in the absence of the Brigade Officer In Charge. The Brigade Deputy Officer In Charge reports directly to the Officer In Charge of the Brigade.

Sergeant Major, Fourth Brigade (Brigade SGM) Position Description: The Brigade Sergeant Major is third in command of the brigade, responsible for acting as an advocate for the enlisted members of the Brigade; advising the Brigade Officer In Charge and other members of the Brigade Staff on issues that concern the enlisted members within the Corps. The Brigade Sergeant Major is the highest ranking Enlisted member in the Brigade. Reports directly to the Brigade Officer In Charge.
Battalion Officer In Charge (BN OIC) Position Description: The Battalion Officer In Charge is the commander of all the unit within his/her assigned state or section of the brigade. The Battalion Officer In Charge is responsible for all operations within their Battalion while representing and assist units under their command. The Battalion Officer In Charge reports directly to the Brigade Deputy Officer In Charge.
